ordering information
products can have the following status :
- in-stock : the product is already built and ready to ship.
- build-to-order : the product will be built specifically for you once payment is received.
- custom : the product is made to custom specifications determined by the client (more info here).
custom orders
part of the beauty of build-to-order is the ability for customization. we are willing to accommodate modifications to existing designs as well as original commissions at additional cost. for custom order information and custom payment form, visit the custom orders page.
time to shipment
current waiting period (in addition to build time): temporarily holding orders due to shop relocation
how long before a product is shipped is determined by a number of factors: whether the product is in-stock, a build-to-order or a custom order, complexity of the build (the estimated build time is listed on the product’s page), availability of materials and the current waiting period based on the workload of other orders.
in-stock items ship as soon as possible, while build-to-order and custom orders time-to-ship can be approximated by adding the current waiting period + estimated build time.
